On top of this we manage to streamline all aspects of security from training to staffing and management for one competitive hourly rate.
Training:
We have multiple licensed DPSST instructors on staff that teach the state required 14-hour new certification and 4-hour biannual renewal classes. We also offer specialized training in identifying fake IDs and Misreps, CPR, first aid, self-defense and de-escalation tactics. We emphasize to our students and employees the importance of hospitality and peaceful resolution. With us training never ends, we are always looking for new and exciting approaches to teaching as well as learning ourselves.
Management:

The Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (DPSST) “Requires each business, employer or entity with private security professional staff of at least one person must designate an individual to perform the duties of an executive manager as described in these rules. This provision applies to any business, employer or entity that provides Private Security services within this state, regardless of whether the business, employer or entity is located in or out of this state.”
We can help, Included in our rate at no additional fee is us taking over this responsibility as well as using our connections and relationships we have built over the years when it comes to dealing with correspondence with governing agencies (Portland Police, Portland Fire/EMS, Clean & Safe, DPSST, OLCC). If you don’t want us to take over EM duties we can help you in the process to do it yourself.
